LONDON (Alliance News) - Avanti Capital PLC Thursday said it has participated in the recent debt fundraising by investee company mBlox Inc, which the latter has used to make two acquisitions.
Avanti participated in the fundraising by subscribing approximately GBP217,000 via a secured interest bearing debt note. The total debt funding secured by mBlox was USD43.5 million.
The acquisitions made by mBlox using the debt funding were of CardBoardFish, a UK-based A2P messaging business, and Zoove, a US-based StarStar number services supplier.
Avanti Capital shares were untraded at 59.5 pence on Thursday.
