Auto Trader CFO Coe To Take Up Chief Executive Role On March 1

6th Feb 2020 08:51

(Alliance News) - Auto Trader Group PLC said Thursday it has set the date for Chief Financial Officer Nathan Coe to become CEO of the online automotive marketplace for March 1.

Coe was first appointed as CEO-designate in April 2019. He has been part of the group for 13 years since 2007.

He will be replacing Trevor Mather, who is stepping down from the role on February 29, instead of the end of March after seven years in the role since 2013.

Deputy CFO Jamie Warner will become group CFO on the same date that Coe takes up the leadership reins of Auto Trader.

Auto Trader will publish its full-year results on June 4.

Shares in Auto Trader - which is based in Manchester - were up 0.3% at 584.00 pence on Thursday morning in London.
