LONDON (Alliance News) - Aukett Swanke Group PLC on Friday said it appointed Clive Carver as an independent non-executive director.
The architectural services company said Carver is a chartered accountant and worked with Coopers & Lybrand, Kleinwort Benson and Price Waterhouse Corp Finance.
He currently serves as executive chair of gas production firm Caspian Sunrise PLC and non-executive chair of software-as-a-service platform provider appScatter Group PLC.
"The board is delighted to have Clive join the board. We very much look forward to working together and benefiting from his extensive public markets experience," said Chief Executive Nicholas Thompson.
Aukett Swanke shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at 1.75 pence each.
