(Alliance News) - Architect and engineering group Aukett Swanke Group PLC said it has appointed Acting Finance Director Tony Harkwith to the board with immediate effect.
Barkwith was appointed finance director an an acting basis since April 1, with the view to taking on the role permanently as a replacement for Beverley Wright, who stepped down in late March after five years since 2014.
Prior to Aukett Swanke, Harkwith was financial controller at power generation developer Advanced Power UK Ltd for six years from 2012 to 2018.
Shares in Aukett Swanke were down 5.4% at 1.54 pence on Tuesday.
