Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Jumps As It Pays A Dividend For 2013

8th Nov 2013 09:30

LONDON (Alliance News) - Architects and interior designers Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC Friday said it would pay a dividend for the 2013 fiscal year, announcing a payout of 0.1 pence a share.

It said the dividend would be the only one for that year, which ended September 30, and there's no guarantee there will be payouts in future years.

"Whilst the board is committed to the long term payment of dividends to its shareholders it is also cognisant that the group operates in a cyclical market place and as such will reflect on the level of dividend payment at each reporting time that is consistent with the medium term outlook of future group performance and the ongoing cash requirements of the business," it said in a statement.

Its shares were up 35% at 6.75 pence Friday morning.
