LONDON (Alliance News) - Audio content platform provider Audioboom Group PLC on Friday said it has signed a binding heads of terms with Indian film company Eros International PLC related to the ErosNow platform.
The pair will partner on Audioboom's upcoming launch in India, with Eros to provide its 30 million registered users access to Audioboom's podcasts, entertainment and other content.
Audioboom's content will also be available through Eros' mobile app and Eros will provide Audioboom access to Bollywood stars for the creation of new spoken-word content for the Indian market.
No financial details on the agreement were disclosed.

We're delighted to bring Audioboom's extensive audio content to Eros' massive audience, and to be creating high-quality audio with some of Eros' biggest Bollywood stars," said Rob Proctor, Audioboom's chief executive.
