LONDON (Alliance News) - ATTRAQT Group PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with mobile digital catalogue applications developer YUDU Media.
Under the deal, the pair will work together to develop 'Live Catalog', which will integrate ATTRAQT's visual merchandising platform and YUDU's digital catalogue technology.
No financial details on the deal were disclosed.
"We are delighted to be working with YUDU - our first technology partnership where we are creating Live Catalog, a new service offering for our customers. Combining ATTRAQT's Freestyle Merchandising platform and YUDU's digital catalogue technology will allow our customers to seamlessly incorporate the same visual merchandising that they use on their eCommerce sites into a mobile app," said ATTRAQT Chief Executive André Brown.
Shares in ATTRAQT were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 59.90 pence.
