(Alliance News) - Attis Oil & Gas Ltd on Friday said Non-executive Director Russell Lamming has resigned, effective immediately.
Lamming only joined the company in June.
The oil & gas firm said earlier in January it signed a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire an undisclosed North American-focused oil & gas company.
Shares in the company, headquartered in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, remain suspended as the acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM rules.
Trading will not resume until Attis publishes either an admission document detailing the deal or confirmation that discussions regarding the deal are over.
