LONDON (Alliance News) - Assura PLC said Friday it has made three further healthcare centre acquisitions for a total consideration of GBP50 million.
The new acquisitions include Stratford Healthcare Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, which was bought for GBP30 million by way of a corporate transaction. It did not name the other two.
With the new transactions, the FTSE 250 listed real estate investment trust's total spending in the year so far stands at GBP158 million. Assura's rent roll now is GBP7.7 million, it said.
Chief Executive Jonathan Murphy said: "We are delighted to have added three more high quality assets to our portfolio, as we continue to deploy capital to grow our rent roll."
