LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd Tuesday said that Non-Executive Chairman Ng Hoi Yue has been moved to the role of deputy chief executive, while Chief Executive Ng Ong Nee has been appointed chairman.
Ng Hoi Yue joined the board in 2013 and is also an independent non-executive director at See Corp Ltd and Imperial Pacific International Holdings Ltd.
Asian Citrus said that Ng Hoi Yue's appointment as an executive director will last for a term of three years.
Shares in Asian Citrus were trading up 0.4% at 9.16 pence midday Tuesday.
