LONDON (Alliance News) - Ashley House PLC on Thursday said it signed contracts to start works on a further two community care schemes in England and has been awarded further schemes.
The two schemes are a 75 apartment extra care scheme in the Isle of Wight and an 80 bed care home in York.
Furthermore, the company is also working on schemes in Scarborough and Peterborough, meaning it is currently building almost 400 affordable homes, primarily for vulnerable older people.
Chief Executive Officer Antony Walters said: "The Ashley House group is delighted to have contracted a further two schemes as well as adding new schemes to its pipeline.
Ashley House shares were trading up 4.9% at 9.49 pence each.
