LONDON (Alliance News) - Artilium PLC said Friday that it had signed a new mobile virtual network operating hosting agreement with T-Mobile Netherlands BV.
A mobile virtual network operator provides services over a network that it does not own.
This agreement will allow Artilium to host new mobile virtual network operators on T-Mobile's network, using its ARTA software platform for mobile virtual network enabling services.
Artilium said it was also in discussions with a number of mobile virtual network operators to start using the ARTA platform in early 2015, although it noted that there was no certainty this would occur.
"We are very pleased that we are expanding our offering in the Netherlands which enables further growth in one of the important MVNO markets in Europe," said Chief Executive Bart Weijermars in a statement.
Shares in Artilium were trading up 1.3% at 5.95 pence Friday morning.
