Artemis Investment Management Holds 5.1% SIG Stake (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - SIG PLC said Tuesday asset manager Artemis Investment Management LLP held a 5.1% stake in the building products distributor after a transaction on Monday.

Artemis held 30.4 million shares in SIG after the transaction, equivalent to a 5.1% stake in the 591.6 million shares outstanding. The holding of Artemis prior to the transaction was not disclosed.

Shares in SIG were 1.3% higher at 137.10 pence on Tuesday.
