LONDON (Alliance News) - Arrow Global Group PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Iain Cornish will step down from the company's board at the end of April.
The company expects to appoint a replacement in due course.
Cornish steps down after six years in his role, having joined at the time of Arrow Global's initial public offering in 2013.
"'I have thoroughly enjoyed my period on the Arrow Global board and supporting the growth and development of the business following its IPO," Cornish said.
He added: "Following my recent appointments as chair of St James's Place PLC and non-executive director at Leeds Building Society, it is now appropriate for me to commit my time to these appointments and I wish Arrow Global every success in the future."
Arrow Global shares were 5.0% higher at 212.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
