(Alliance News) - Arrow Global PLC said Friday Chief Financial Officer Paul Cooper will resign in August to take up a new role, with RSA Insurance Group PLC executive Matt Hotson to replace him.
Hotson will join the asset manager in August, after starting a handover process with Cooper in July. Hotson is currently serving as the UK & International CFO at RSA.
"We are delighted Matt will join us from RSA Insurance," Arrow Chief Executive Lee Rochford said.
"Matt is a strong finance professional with experience of leading FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 finance functions and a proven record of developing, communicating and delivering on strategic objectives, across a number of sectors."
Cooper is leaving the firm on August 9 in order to take up his new role as deputy CFO at M&G Prudential, which is currently in the process of being demerged from FTSE 100-listed insurance firm Prudential PLC.
"Paul has been a valued member of the management team since joining Arrow Global and, on behalf of the board, I would like to thank Paul for his contribution," Rochford added.
"I am pleased Paul will remain with the business until after the interim results, ensuring a smooth transition. His new role represents a great opportunity at a leading financial services company undergoing transformational change. We wish Paul well in this next stage of his career."
Shares in Arrow Global were 1.7% higher at 228.80 pence in London on Friday
