LONDON (Alliance News) - Arricano Real Estate PLC Friday said it has appointed Mikhail Merkulov as its new chief executive officer, with effect from September 8.
The Ukrainian real estate developer said Yarema Kovaliv, who has been the acting CEO for the company, will continue in the role until September 8, and then take up a new role of executive advisor to the board of directors of Arricano.
Merkulov, aged 40, held previous positions as CEO of Food Star, a restaurant holding company in Russia, and managing director of Erste Group Immorent AG in Ukraine.
Arricano shares were untraded Friday morning at 2.34 pence.
