(Alliance News) - Armadale Capital PLC said Tuesday that Paul Johnson will step down as non-executive director on Saturday in order to pursue other business interests.
Armadale, an investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, said it intends to replace Johnson with Ged Hall, subject to regulatory approval.
Hall is an investment manager with SI Capital in London. Previously he has worked in asset management with the investment banks of JPMorgan Chase & Co and UBS Group AG, as well as with Saudi National Commercial Bank Bahrain in the Middle East.
Armadale Capital shares were up 6.5% on Tuesday in London at 3.09 pence.
