LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment firm Armadale Capital PLC on Monday said it has appointed Paul Johnson as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Johnson is an experienced public company director, Armadale said, and is a former chief executive of natural resources investor Metal Tiger PLC.
He has also previously been chair of ECR Minerals PLC and CEO at China Africa Resources PLC, now named Pembridge Resources PLC.
Currently, Johnson is the CEO of Value Generation Ltd, a family investment and advisory company focused on the natural resource and related fintech sectors.
He is also executive director of African Battery Metals PLC, an AIM exploration and development company, focused on battery metal projects in Africa.
Armadale shares were trading down 4.2% at 1.15 pence each on Monday.
