(Alliance News) - Armadale Capital PLC said Friday it hired Gerrard Hall to its board as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Armadale Capital is an AIM-quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa.
Gerrard Hall currently serves as a senior consultant to stockbroker SI Capital. He is also a director at metal exploring company Castillo Copper, as well as real estate companies Zag Estates Ltd and Northwest Domestic Properties Ltd.
Nick Johansen director of Armadale, said: "We are delighted to welcome Gerrard Hall to the board at such an exciting time as we look to progress the Mahenge Liandu graphite project from exploration to production. He brings with him a wealth of finance experience and is a great addition to our management team as we look to build on our momentum."
Shares in Armadale Capital were up 1.0% at 3.54 pence on Friday in London.
