LONDON (Alliance News) - Healthcare and life sciences company Arix Bioscience PLC on Thursday said that its Non-Executive Director James Hutton will step down immediately.
"It has been a great pleasure to work with Lord Hutton over the last two years, he has been an invaluable guide to me and to the board as we have built Arix Bioscience and we will all miss his wise counsel and support," said Chairman Jonathan Peacock.
Shares in Arix were trading 0.2% higher at 208.00 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
