(Alliance News) - Arix Bioscience PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer James Rawlingson has left the biotechnology investment firm, with Finance Controller Marcus Karia being promoted as the new finance head.
Rawlingson - CFO since 2016 - stood down with immediate effect. Replacing him, Karia has been made finance director of the firm.
"On behalf of the board I'd like to thank James for his contribution to Arix in the first stage of our development and wish him well in his future endeavours," Arix Chief Executive Officer Joe Anderson said.
Shares in Arix were 1.4% lower at 110.00 pence in London on Wednesday.
