LONDON (Alliance News) - APR Energy PLC said Thursday that Andrew Martinez, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to step down from his role with effect from September 1, 2014 in order to pursue other interests.
The power services company said it has now commenced the search process for an experienced successor.
Martinez will remain engaged with the business through the delivery of the first-half results, said APR Energy, scheduled for publication on August 27.
Lee Munro, currently APR Energy's Senior Vice President of Strategy and Systems, will take on the role of interim CFO of the Company until a permanent successor is appointed.
Shares in the company were trading 2.50% lower at 780 pence per share Thursday morning.
