(Alliance News) - African phosphate producer Kropz PLC said Thursday the appeal hearing against the integrated water use licence granted to the Elandsfontein project in South Africa has been postponed.
The hearing had commenced on Tuesday, but has been postponed to December 11 to 13.
In June, Kropz said that a group of local residents opposed to the project had made an internal administrative appeal against the granting of the licence, which has been postponed by the request of the residents several times since.
Shares in Kropz were untraded on Thursday, last quoted at 9.0 pence in London.
