(Alliance News) - Angus Energy PLC on Friday said it has converted into shares a part of its total GBP1.5 million loan facility with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd.
Angus said it issued 13.7 million new shares to the lenders. Following the GBP100,000 conversion, the oil & gas production company said it owes GBP900,000 to Riverfort and YA II PN.
Following the admission, the company said it will have 554.6 million shares overall.
Angus shares were trading 0.1% lower in London on Friday afternoon at 1.00 pence each, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP5.4 million.
