LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas company Angus Energy PLC said on Wednesday it has received approval from West Sussex County Council's planning committee for its retention application for the Lidsey Oil field.
This final approval will allow Angus to continue its operations at Lidsey until 2028.
At the end of March Angus said the flow rates for two wells at Lidsey are 191 barrels of oil per day, a three-fold increase on its initial flow rates reported back in the autumn.
Shares in Angus Energy were down 2.4% at 7.08 pence on Wednesday.
