LONDON (Alliance News) - Angus Energy PLC said on Thursday it has continued with its work programme for the Brockham oil field in the UK with a slight changes to the order of stage one operations.
Earlier in the week, it was decided that the well would be perforated before isolating the water, to allow greater certainty that the water zone has been identified before plugging.
No delays have been caused by the change, and the work is still expected to complete on May 7.
"We will continue to keep shareholders well informed of any material developments but are pleased that we remain on schedule to date," said Managing Director George Lucan.
Shares in Angus Energy closed 7.5% lower at 5.28 pence on Thursday.
