(Alliance News) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Kevin Flynn as executive director, with effect from the beginning of 2020.
Flynn joined the mining company as chief financial officer in January 2012 and was appointed company secretary in March 2015.
"We are delighted to welcome Kevin to the board of Anglo Pacific, which formalises the role that he has been undertaking for the past number of years," said Chair Patrick Meier.
He added: "Our executive management team, led by Julian Treger, has considerable industry, financial and technical experience and is well placed to deliver the growth that we are targeting."
Anglo Pacific Group shares were trading 0.3% higher in London on Tuesday at 197.50 pence each.
