(Alliance News) - Anglo American PLC on Tuesday announced that its subsidiary Anglo American Capital has priced the issue of two series of USD500 million senior notes, which will go towards general corporate purposes.
The first set of notes has a coupon of 2.250% and is due 2028, while the second set has a coupon of 2.875%, and a maturity date of 2032.
The offering is expected to be settled by Wednesday.
Shares in Anglo American were down 0.9% at 2,969.50 pence on Tuesday in London, while its Johannesburg shares were also 0.9% lower at ZAR610.65.
