Andy McCue To Step Down From Hostelworld Board At May AGM

LONDON (Alliance News) - Hostel booking platform operator Hostelworld Group PLC on Friday announced Non-Executive Director Andy McCue will be leaving at the end of May.

McCue's departure will coincide with Hostelworld's annual general meeting on May 31.

Replacing him as senior independent director will be Carl Shepherd, who has been a non-executive since October 2017. Hostelworld has also begun a search for a further non-executive director.

Chair Michael Hawley said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to wish Andy well for the future and thank him for his valuable contribution to the board during his tenure as a director since the company's IPO in 2015."

Shares were 0.6% lower on Friday at a price of 248.50 pence each.
