(Alliance News) - AIM-listed Andrews Sykes Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Phillips has resigned with effect from Monday this week.
The equipment rental company said Phillips has been with the firm since March 2015.
Andrews Sykes said it is considering its options for replacing Phillips and, in the short term, Phillips' responsibilities will be divided amongst other members of the senior management team.
"The board will closely monitor the situation and is confident that there are adequate resources in place with the right capabilities to maintain the standards of the company's financial reporting," Andrews Sykes said in its statement Tuesday.
The stock was trading 1.2% higher in London in late trade at 599.50 pence a share.
