LONDON (Alliance News) - Russia-focused exploration company Amur Minerals Corp said Thursday it has issued 4.7 million shares to Cuart Investments PCC Ltd and YA II PN LTD to settle USD203,835 of principal and accrued interest for a convertible loan agreement.
Amur have applied for the new shares to be admitted to AIM for trading on or around Wednesday next week.
The company's issued share capital now stands at 671.7 million.
Shares in Amur Minerals closed up 4.1% Thursday at 4.17 pence each.
