(Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp on Wednesday said it has raised GBP500,000 in a share placing to secure new funds for its Kun-Manie project in Russia.
Amur said it issued 47.6 million shares at 1.05 pence each. Its stock closed 255 lower at 1.15p apiece on Wednesday.
"The proceeds of the placing will be used to progress development of the company's Kun-Manie nickel copper sulphide project and for general working capital purposes," Amur said.
