LONDON (Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp said Wednesday it issued 3.6 million shares to Cuart Investments PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd in settlement of interests related to a convertible loan arrangement amounting to USD130,247.
Amur, an exploration company focused on the far east of Russia, entered into the loan, which consists in a facility of up to USD10 million, in February 2018.
The company expects the shares to be admitted to trading on Tuesday next week, after which it will have 682.3 million shares in issue.
Amur Minerals shares were trading down 9.5% at 2.90 pence each.
