LONDON (Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp on Wednesday said it issued 3.5 million shares to an investor group in settlement of USD197,753 of principal and accrued interest.
Back in February, the exploration firm entered a USD10.0 million convertible loan facility with Cuart Investments PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd.
The stock was trading 0.1% higher at 4.86 pence per share on Wednesday.
The Russia-focused mineral exploration firm will have a total of 652.6 million shares issued overall.
Proceeds from the debt facility are going towards progressing the development of its Kun-Manie nickel-copper sulphide project in Russia, including updating the resources and reserves statement, developing and optimized production schedule as well as general and administrative requirements.
