LONDON (Alliance News) - Amino Technologies PLC on Monday said Keith Todd will retire as non-executive chair and will be succeeded by Non-Executive Director Karen Bach.
In addition, the AIM-listed entertainment technology provider said it appointed two additional non-executive directors, Steve Vaughan and Erika Schraner.
Bach has served as non-executive since February 2016. Bach is currently chief operating officer of risk management firm KRM22 PLC and a non-executive director of entertainment company Escape Hunt PLC.
Bach will be stepping down from her role as independent non-executive chair of data centre operator IXCellerate on Sunday after nearly seven years in the role.
Meanwhile, Vaughan has also been appointed as chair of the Remuneration Committee. Vaughan has previously held chief executive positions in technology firms such as Phoenix IT PLC, Communisis PLC and Synstar PLC. He is a non-executive director at Redcentric PLC.
Schraner brings to the board a wealth of experience in strategy and business integration, having previously been a partner at auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers, Amino said. She has also held leadership roles at Ernst & Young and security software firm Symantec Corp.
"I am delighted that Karen Bach will assume the role of chair, as she brings invaluable expertise in building significant listed software businesses," said Todd.
"Karen's experience will be invaluable to Amino as it executes its clear strategy to accelerate growth in recurring software and services revenues and value-add hardware," added Todd.
Amino shares were trading 4.5% lower on Monday at 77.36 pence each.
