LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas firm Aminex PLC confirmed Thursday current Non-Executive Director Keith Phair will become interim chairman at the end of August.
In mid-July, Aminex announced the departure of current Chairman Brian Hall during 2018, and confirmed that date will now be August 31.
Aminex has started the search for a new permanent chairman.
Chief Executive Jay Battacherjee said: "I would like to thank Brian on behalf of the board for his dedication and guidance over the last 27 years."
"Since founding Aminex in 1991 he has been unrelenting in his commitment to all shareholders and has overseen the growth of the business from start-up to being a London premium listed company. We wish Brian every success for the future."
Shares were 2.4% lower Thursday at a price of 1.82 pence a piece.
