Aminex In Farm-Out Talks With Eclipse Investments For Ntorya Area

LONDON (Alliance News) - Aminex PLC said on Wednesday that it is in talks with Zubair Corp's subsidiary Eclipse Investments LLC regarding a possible farm-out of part of the company's interest in the Ntorya Appraisal area.

The oil and gas company said the farm-out would be subject to Tanzanian government, shareholder and certain other approvals.

Aminex shares were up 16% at 2.99 pence per share on Wednesday.
