LONDON (Alliance News) - Aminex PLC and Solo Oil PLC on Thursday published a technical evaluation of the resources at the Kiliwani North Development Licence and the Ruvuma project in Tanzania.
The gas initially in place estimate for Kiliwani North is 44 billion cubic feet, with 4.17 trillion cubic feet estimated at Ruvuma.
"We are extremely pleased with the results of the report which takes us a step closer to realising the considerable potential in the Ruvuma basin and validates the recent seismic and additional detailed technical work," said Aminex Chief Executive Jay Bhattacherjee.
Aminex shares were up 0.8% to 2.091 pence Thursday, while Solo Oil shares were up 2.1% to 0.5566 pence.
