LONDON (Alliance News) - Israeli water treatment and filtration services company Amiad Water Systems Ltd on Wednesday said it has signed a distribution agreement with Israel-based irrigation systems company Netafim.
Under the terms of the deal, Netafim will market Amiad's Arkal products for the irrigation market in countries outside of Israel. No financial details were disclosed.
"Netafim's extensive global distribution network, covering over 110 countries, gives us the best platform for promoting our disc filtration solutions for the irrigation market," said Amiad Chief Executive Arik Dayan.
Amiad shares were untraded on AIM on Wednesday, having last traded at 163.00 pence.
