LONDON (Alliance News) - Water treatment and filtration products company Amiad Water Systems Ltd on Monday said it has created a new UK-based subsidiary which will operate from an office in Swansea, Wales.
Amiad said the office will be its first permanent base in the UK and said it will use the office to build up its municipal business.
"We are pleased to be establishing a UK subsidiary based in Wales, and particularly Swansea, which is the home of Welsh Water, with its reputation for providing high quality drinking water and delivering best quality service at the least possible cost," said Amiad chief executive Arik Dayan.
Shares in Amiad were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 150.00 pence.
