Amiad Water Systems Chairman Eli Opper To Step Down In August

LONDON (Alliance News) - Water treatment solutions provider Amiad Water Systems Ltd said on Tuesday Chairman Eli Opper will step down with effect at the company's next annual meeting in August.

Opper has been chairman at the company for four years since September 2014.

"On behalf of the Board and the whole of Amiad, we would like to thank Eli for his contribution as Chairman and everything that he has done for the company. I am also personally grateful to him for his support since I joined Amiad and his guidance over the transitionary period. We wish him all the best for the future," said Chief Executive Officer Dori Ivzori.

Shares in Amiad Water Systems were untraded at 183.50 pence on Tuesday.
