LONDON (Alliance News) - Amiad Water Systems Ltd appointed a new chairman on Monday following its annual general meeting.
The water treatment and filtration solutions company said Eli Opper has been appointed as the company's new chairman and as a non-executive director on its board.
Opper replaces Tal Yeshua, who had announced he would step down as chairman back in April.
"I am pleased to be taking over from him as the company enters a new phase in its development with the successful penetration into new markets and growth in our traditional markets. I look forward to working with the other members of the Amiad Board to deliver shareholder value," said Opper.
Amiad shares were untraded on Monday. The stock last traded at 251 pence.
