LONDON (Alliance News) - Amerisur Resources PLC said on Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Dan Coffield died in an avalanche while skiing in the Rocky Mountains in North America.
Coffield was part of the oil & gas company for two years since April 2017, and he also was chief executive officer of oil & gas firm Corvus Resources Inc for three years since 2016.
"It is with the greatest sadness that we learned of the death of Dana, who contributed so significantly to Amerisur. We wish his family our sincere condolences at this time. Dana, and all that he brought to us, will be greatly missed," said Chair Giles Clarke.
Shares in Amerisur Resources were up 1.7% at 13.36 pence on Tuesday morning.
