(Alliance News) - Aircraft leasing firm Amedeo Air Four Plus Ltd said Wednesday it has agreed to sell two A380-800 aircraft to United Arab Emirates-based airline Etihad Airways PJSC.
Amedeo expects net cash proceeds from the sale to be around GBP130 million, following financing arrangements on the aircraft, determination of swap breakage and facility prepayment costs.
The company said it expects the sale to be completed on or around Monday next week.
Shares in Amedeo Air Four Plus were up 4.2% at 75.00 pence each on Wednesday in London.
