(Alliance News) - Building products group Alumasc Group PLC said Tuesday it has won contracts worth GBP4 million through its subsidiary Gatic.
The contracts are based in the Middle and Far East and were awarded over the past three months. They are for the supply of access and drainage products for several projects, including the third runway at Chek Lap Kok airport in Hong Kong, the container terminal 2 at Hamad Port in Qatar and at Nadi airport in Fiji.
Supply has already started, and the contracts are expected to be delivered over the next 24 months.
"These are key wins for Alumasc and demonstrate the strength and quality of our products and our ability to supply goods for international infrastructure projects," said Chief Executive Officer Paul Hooper.
Shares in Alumasc were up 8.4% at 78.07 pence on Tuesday in London.
