(Alliance News) - Alumasc Group PLC on Friday said Finance Director Andrew Magson is planning to leave the building products firm.
Magson wishes to leave in order "to develop the next stage of his career outside" of Alumasc. He has agreed to "oversee an orderly handover to his successor", not yet named.
The effective date for Magson's departure has yet to be determined and will be announced later on.
Chair John McCall said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to express our thanks to Andrew for his strong financial leadership for over a decade and his contribution to the strategic development and refocusing of Alumasc as a specialist building products group in recent years. We wish him well for the future."
Shares in Alumasc were down 0.9% at 92.69 pence in London on Friday.
