(Alliance News) - Altyn PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Neil Herbert has resigned with immediate effect after more than three years in role.
The mining company explained that Herbert will leave in order to pursue other work commitments.
"The board would like to thank Neil for his hard work and commitment to the company and wish him great success in his future ventures," Altyn said in its statement Tuesday.
Altyn shares were down 5.5% in afternoon trade in London at 0.45 pence each.
