LONDON (Alliance News) - Altona Energy PLC on Thursday said shareholders in Sino-Aus Energy Group Ltd have paid the rest of the first financial contribution to the Arckaringa joint venture.
Altona said Sino-Aus had made the majority of the first contribution last week, of AUD4.0 million.
On Thursday, it said the other AUD1.4 million owed by Sino-Aus also has been paid.
Altona and Sino-Aus are working together on the Arckaringa coal project in Australia.
Altona shares were up 1.5% to 1.32 pence Thursday.
