LONDON (Alliance News) - Altona Energy PLC Wednesday said Chris Lambert has resigned as its chief executive and will step down from its board.
Lambert will leave his role as chief executive on December 8, but will step down as a director on the board with immediate effect.
Michael Zheng, Altona's executive chairman, will take on the chief executive role.
The company said it expects to announce a new board appointment in the near future.
Altona shares were up 3.8% to 0.934 pence on Wednesday.
