LONDON (Alliance News) - Mining and energy company Altona Energy PLC said Thursday that it has appointed Robert Hales as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Hales currently holds 17.5 million shares, or 1.1% stake, in the company.
Hales who has been a partner at E J Hales for the past 24 years, joins the company's board as a representative of the placees who participated in the cmoapny's October 2017 share placing.
Shares in Altona Energy were up 4% at 0.39 pence each on Thursday morning.
